I will start with saying most of the time I am very pleased with this store but not yesterday. I was not sure what time the store closed so as I approached and was waiting to turn into the parking lot behind a couple of other cars I called and was told that the store closed at 6:30 (it was 6:30 on my car clock). I said I am about to turn into the parking lot and would they wait. With no hesitation Alex promptly said No, ma’am. Sorry.This morning I found another UPS near my office and I believe I will be going there from now on. Also, just realized there is a new UPS store just south on Skillman in the LH Town Center so I might try that one too.
