I am extremely disappointed in this location. I called and asked questions about printing labels. I was told they could do them in 24 hours. Sent over the items just after speaking to the employee on a Friday… Made sure they received them and the next day waited to hear when they were ready. Called to check on them, and was told that they wouldn’t have them ready till Monday.. That doesn’t even sound close to 24 hours to me. And unfortunately now I have to deal with a very upset customer because the labels will not be done. I am glad I tested them on a smaller printing job for labels. Because I was hoping to use them for my future labels. Unfortunately that is not an option because they can’t stick to a deadline they gave.

Hire some help for the holidays please. The lines are unreal. There were people waiting outside the store and the line didn’t move for the 15 minutes I was there. This was not the first time I turned back because of the wait.
