Back at this store at 8:30 a.m. and missing work because I got here at 7:00 p.m. last night to drop off one item that would’ve taken less than a minute and the woman inside locked the door on me and then continued to fight with me through the window and tell me they were closed. Great customer service.

DO NOT USE THE USPS MAILBOX HERE!!! I left a Christmas card with a gift card in it in the mailbox and it didn’t even make it to the post office. Really shady stuff happening here!

I’ve only had positive experiences here, whether it’s dropping off something I’ve pre-packaged, having something boxed and shipped or picking up packages that are waiting for me. I can’t believe some of the other reviews as I’ve never had any interactions with a rude employee, whether the store is jammed or things are at a lull the employees here have always been super courteous. I usually deal with a petite lady or a tall gentleman who’s name has slipped my mind but starts with a J and both are exceedingly polite.
