Went today and rented snowboard, boots, and helmet for myself along with skis, boots and polls for my daughter. And I have to say they had very good customer service… the two men who helped us in the am were very knowledgeable about equipment and gear. We were in and out! I even picked up some new gloves and goggles while I was there… great deals! Definitely a local gem. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great service! Great location at main st next to usps. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They serve with smiles. Offered premium ski rentals at much cheaper price! we paid the same price ($105 for 3 days) that costs the same for 2 days rental at the ski resort, and walked away with much higher quality equipments. We (all five of us) rented at whiteface ski resort a day before and it was awful- old skis and uncomfortable boots! We were here for a 3 days ski trip and we could not be happier to have found this place! Saves us $$$ & time. Highly recommended! Wish we found this place sooner. They offer other equipments too. if you are looking for cheaper high quality gears and equipment, look no further. Plus you re supporting local stores!

Awful customer service. They offer no help or recommendations. Happy to rent us snowshoes they knew we wouldn’t need. Actually told us “now you know” when we returned them 2 hours later unused.
