Theresa and her team will not compromise on quality nor integrity. This team meets their deadlines and does not promise things they cannot deliver. A fly-by-night embroidery businesses that I found online advertised all of the right things for me but when the pressure was put on them to deliver my product my order was canceled and refunded 30 days after the order was paid. It was Theresa and her team that came in and saved the day for us!
