With its limited room for shelter clients, they really need to crack down and require those seeking shelter who are NOT disabled or elderly to seek out employment or get out. Texas, and Denton County, have the lowest unemployment rates in the nation. There’s simply no feasible excuse for not working. All these losers want to do is mooch off the good graces of the shelter panhandle, and play on their welfare phones.

First time there I was told I wasn’t supposed to receive Food until I talk to somebody and I couldn’t remember the ladies name so she took my driver license I just got after 6 months waiting for covid-19. shut down- I certainly didn’t want to lose my driver license or it just disappear I did not like my driver license being taken in the building when I was driving through to pick up food I was grateful for the food the people were really nice but it did kind of freaked me out that the lady insisted on taking my driver license into the building for no apparent reason.Be careful.they gave a bounty of food. I’m very grateful.
