My mom and I visited the JCP Salon over the Labor Day Weekend on Sunday, after having our hair butchered the day before at Great Clips on Noble.Overall, we have to give this place a 5-Star, one we didn’t have an appointment and were seen within 15-20 minutes of arrival, two our stylist was patient and actively listened, she took her time to correct both of us back-to-back including a wash.Ask for Diana, you won’t be disappointed!

Elizabeth sold me shampoo and conditioner. I use it and love it. Elizabeth said it’s easy for her to recommend because she believes in the product! She was so energized and helpful it made me feel compelled to make an appointment at the salon. She is so amazing at customer service because all my girlfriend and I were doing was walking by and asked if we could leave our basket while we used her the bathroom. What a great experience and what a creative entertaining sales person Jc penny’s has in Elizabeth. I am looking forward to more services at the salon.
