Great choice for fathers day meat supply. Had a great selections and knowledgeable staff, they gave great advice on beautiful cut of meat I’ve never brought before. Hanger steak! Yumm amazing. Beware only one per side of beef so wait in line for this cut. Also purchased savory chop and bacon. Will definitely recommend and return

The Piggery is an old fashioned butcher shop in modern times. All the meat is from local farms and the cured meats are done using celery salt. The cuts are outstanding, and the meat is delicious. The shop is truly outstanding, the good folks who work there are craftsmen, (and women). They are very proud of the quality of products that they have and produce. This is my favorite place to shop for meat products. The chicken and fowl products are very good as well.
