This is one of my favorite specialty stores! I love this place! Having a ham smoked, cooked, and ready to go, bring it home and heat it up chunks at a time is very convenient. I particularly like to take some chunks of ham and dice it up into small pieces and add it to some scrambled eggs and hashbrowns or potato tots. Of course, having something so delicious and well prepared it’s gonna be a little pricey, but considering what you would have to do to make it yourself and all the work and all the cleaning etc., you’re better off just buying from here. They defeated have some kind of system in place to produce consistent quality and reliability in their product.
