Terrible experience with picking up a pre-ordered ham dinner. After waiting in a long line, this female employee, Theresa, had a bad attitude and was zero help figuring out the confirmation number for pick up. She sent me to outside pick up where another employee helped me figure out the situation and said I need to get back in the long line for inside pickup. By the time I got to the front they were out of hams… I will not be coming back here ever again and I will make sure to spread the word to friends and family. Thanks HoneyBaked Ham Co.

Ordered a ham and potatoes for Easter. To be delivered. Their delivery service is call Postmates.Tracked the delivery and the driver delivered to the wrong address. He took a picture of the delivery too.I immediately called honeybaked hams In Escondido.They told me to call Postmates. I did…Postmates told me sorry and transferred me to another Dept to get my money back.I was put hold then nothing. Cut off.. called again.Same thing happened..finally got a acknowledgement that they would issue a refund to my card 1 to 3 days.My bill was 95 dollars, they said refunding me 84.02.??Why? Oh because they (whoever) keep the service fee/tip? ?? Very unhappy! Service was terrible, never got my Oder and lost 10.98. Something wrong here.Honey bake blames the delivery service but who hired them? HONEYBAKED.

This place was awesome. I went in had an order to pick up for Xmas. It was fast and easy and customer service was very Friendly
