I have a really bad experience at this home depot. My kid almost fall on this electrical box and went to look for the manager to see if they were aware of the problem and he say that he knows about the box open but like the homeless still stealing the wire he don’t care anymore. That box open like that is super danger

I am about as handy as a $3 bill and when I get sent to hardware stores its because someone else sent me with a list. I had no clue where any of the items on the list were, but each staff I came across listened to what I was looking for and gave me an exact aisle number and direction. The gentleman in the garden center loaded items to my cart, directed me to the plants I was looking for and read on the labels what to expect while I relayed said information to the person who sent me here in the first place. Overall a hour long trip became 15 minutes of ease. I will have no issues returning to this particular location. Thank you.

Friendly service and very polite and well mannered. I’ve had feelings of discomfort when it comes to entering a specialized service such as home repair in the fact that most of the people who work there assumably know more then me on the subject. So it’s an expectation that they then have license to look down on weekend warriors for there casual affair in home fixes. But in short that’s not true of them at all. They took seemingly easy questions and without flinching answered as if it’s one step to Rome had to be understood or the rest made no matter.
