The customer service at this location was impeccable a few years ago. This year, it’s absolutely horrendous. Employees are incompetent and managers are rude. Their curbside pick up system is a hit or miss when it comes to functionality in the app and they forget items. I will try out Lowes and see how they compare.The photo shows the incompetence of the employees who put the pickets on the cart… they tied them down to the actual cart instead of the pickets by themselves. So a 10 minute load up ended up being a 30 minute load up. Quite an inconvenience.

Store was bright and clean. Friendly staff. Parts I was looking for were exactly where the Home Depot app said they would be. Self checkout is a simple process. Can’t really complain about prices.
