I was looking for relief from my suffering from back and leg pain! Hearing an ad for Good Feet store, I went to check it out at the Torrance, CA store. Yvonne was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really helped me see my problem with how my feet needed more arch support and how how that could affect my whole body. Yvonne was great and put me into a system that has already made a difference. My recommendation is go see Yvonne Morales at the Good Feet store in Torrance. You will feel better. My first visit was 3 years ago to the Torrance location when I had a bad hip. The orthotics helped some but my hip was too far gone. I ended up getting it replaced not long after that. Now my other hip is starting to bother me. I remembered when I bought the orthotics the sales rep said they had a Life Time warranty. So I decided to test that out. I took my old ones back to exchange for new ones based on my current issue. The sales rep Cheyennet took impressions of my feet. She gave me a more thorough explanation of how the orthotics work than the rep 3 years ago. I ended exchanging 2 and buying a third to have the whole set. The rep and her manager Dominique were extremely helpful. My hip isn’t bothering me now. It was a pricey investment but I don’t see a need for another hip replacement anytime soon. I also have received 2 follow up calls since my visit. Great customer service.
