After still being in pain for about five months , I wasn’t happy with the product. I posted a negative review and was contacted the next day to have a refit done. Tyler was extremely helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable about the process and the type of arch supports I needed to change into. I didn’t think anything could be done but he explained that about every two months I need to have a refit if I’m still in pain, which I didn’t realize. Thanks to his wonderful help today, and the Brooks shoes I purchased at a great price, my feet already are feeling better and I know now what to expect. With Tyler’s help I feel more confident about the product and will continue to wear the arch supports as needed. Thank you again Tyler.
