I had my boyfriend go in for me due to me being home bound. My boyfriend FaceTimed me with the employee. He wasn’t annoyed or frustrated at the fact I wasn’t in person. He treated me like I was there. Omgoodness the gentleman was soo nice and kind. He was very knowledgeable of what I was describing on what I needed suggested & recommended a few items. Went here yesterday to buy a new water bong. It had been a few years since I last visited but the shop was just as amazing as I remembered. No, it’s not cheap, if that’s what you’re wondering, but they’re not charging for an inferior product. Everything is high quality and the associates I’ve dealt with are friendly and patient as well. Also, they have an adorable shop cat named Duchess who likes belly rubs, so… what more do I have to say?
