We tried to donate to the Foundry today, even after they re-scheduled us. My husband moved 4 filing cabinets outside our house because the Foundry does not enter homes at this time. After receiving a text that they would be here within 20 minutes, no one showed. I called them to find out the driver decided, from the convenience of his truck seat, that he could not pull into our driveway, could not even bother to call me or come to the door. They were able to pick up a donation last year but not today. Bless their hearts, I tried.

I had an appointment for pick up and waited 2 weeks. They called and confirmed the day before, I cleared my schedule for the entire day because they do not give a pick up time. The day of pick up I received a call that their driver would not come because he didn’t want to come down my County Road because it was a dirt road . I explained that the road is a maintained road with a great surface and we had had no rain. They said that the driver didn’t want to do it do they would “reschedule “. Needless to say I was irritated and had to load and find a donation place myself.
