Would have given them 5 stars. But do to COVID most houses were closed. I think since NY Gov. Has relaxed mask rulings around May 25/26, still some houses closed. You can see the Merry Goround in motion, but cannot ride it. Blacksmith shop is open and inside of building where you pay your entry fee.

Something for just about anyone…. if you like history, its great. If you like hands on crafts, its great. If you like animals, its great. Great place to take a bunch of people…. everyone will enjoy it for something.

Highly recommend a visit to this unique museum. There is so much to experience and the staff really bring to life what it was like living in an old country town. The buildings are fun to explore, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and interactive. Everytime I visit I learn something new and exciting.
