Let me tell you something…..if you want your customer service staff is lacking in their customer service qualities. Tell him to go to THIS COFFEE BEAN!!! Every single staff member at this location is the best! They welcome you with. Good morning and a smile. They treat you like you are a part of their family. I have never been to a single franchise coffee place that treats you like this. And I have been to many many coffee beans and I will always be a loyal number one customer to this one location always!! The general manager at this location is amazing!!!!
