I was also accused of using someone else’s e mail!

Store at Mall Del Norte attendants holding almost 200 dlls worth of merchandise, refusing to release to me when I tried to pick up! I showed them online receipt/proof of purchase, e mail confirmation, e mail pick up notification, card purchase was made with (under my name and matching receipt) as well as Drivers License and they are still keeping my merchandise!! These clothes are already paid for and my kid can’t even wear them!! I placed order while out of town in hospital with my child and chose store delivery because did not want it to get lost in mail… bad mistake!!! Attendants were rude and refused to give me a Supervisor or Customer Service number. Gave me a wrong number and when I pointed that out I was told to look it up myself!! I was also accused of using someone else’s e mail! It has been over a week and I still don’t have my baby’s clothes.. was hoping they would deliver to my address but now I am seriously thinking they intend on keeping (stealing) items!! Can’t even reach a Distric Manager!!!!! This is the store at Mall Del Norte!!

Came today to return some items I bought on 09/01/18. Both visits were pleasant with no issues. I did return the items within the 45 day limit and had my receipt. They do have a large selection of clothing for infants and children.
