This is the store with the worse customer service, specifically from the manager of the store Alex. I was looking for a shirt for my son and was undecided if I should get the Medium or the Large size. While comparing sizes a man with an ID tag name Alex came around me with an angry look and took all the shirts from the pile I was looking at and threw all the shirts to the floor. I looked at him afraid, and initially feeling guilty thinking that I disorganized the shirts. He started picking up the shirts from the floor and pilling them up with a very angry look on his face. I was left speechless by his behavior. As a customer I should be allowed to make sure that what I’m buying is the right fit. I had not even left the area when he came in with his attitude and can’t believe how his behavior would be acceptable. Alex was disrespectful to me and to the next customer that will now have to get a shirt that purposely thrown on the floor. When I went to the register and I asked the cashier who was the manager of the store I was surprised that the manager was the same man with the angry issues, Alex. Now knowing who the manager was I told him that what he did it was very unprofessional and that I did not appreciate his behavior. He started yelling I’m very busy here trying to look for items so if I did that and bothers you sorry then. I told him I’m going to report the incident, and he answered stating go ahead, I know I was very unprofessional in a sarcastic way. I called Children’s Place Customer Services and I reported the incident to Mrs. Thompson, the District Manager at Children’s Place, who kindly listened to my experience. She was concerned about Mr. Alex’s behaviour and stated she will follow up. I usually don’t write reviews or complaints but I can’t let this experience pass without taking any action. My advice to Mr. Alex: you need to get some anger management training if you are looking to continue to deal with customers, if you can’t then you need to look for another profession.

This place is the worst! The manager could not find any change to give me so I had to leave the items at the register! Did not even try to get change!
