We bought a rug about a week ago, I called to see of I could return it. I would be fine with an exchange or store credit is fine. I used my card. And they’re saying they can’t back track it. The item is unopened. Worst customer service. Disappointed

Store has a lackluster selection of items, if you are not so sure about a product and you are thinking about buying it from this place DO NOT!! They do not give cash refunds only store credits and what not. If this place is your last ditch attempt to purchase something for a low price be prepared for low quality, and bad customer service policies along with it. It is like an excuse for a little scamming ring. Very sad.

These guy’s are amazing. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, give you good trade in value, and are willing to work with you. They reply quickly on Facebook and don’t overpriced the games. I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at video game store. I highly recommend you to take your business here and not Lamestop.
