[UPDATE] Store Manager Ramon called to resolve this issue, thank you T-Mobile for the follow through.I have been a loyal customer of T-Mobile for over 10 years, but due to a couple of careless and inattentive Signature Mobile Experts at this store I will be switching carriers. Long story short, in Oct 2020 one of these Signature Mobile Experts confirmed that by trading in my phone, I would qualify for specific rebates. Since October I have visited this store multiple times because I had not received the rebates only to be told by other Signature Mobile Experts that I have to wait and my monthly credits would be back-dated. Today, nearly 4 months later, Matthew broke the bad news that I don’t qualify for the promotion that he confirmed back in October. I had stopped by this store multiple times since updating and not once was I told that I didn’t qualify, on the contrary, the Signature Mobile Experts encouraged me to keep waiting and that credits would not be lost, they’d be backtracked. I am aware that this store is an Experience Store, so I am very disappointed that multiple employees did not catch this error. Think about it, I made a decision based on what the Signature Mobile Expert said I qualified for, and now 4 months later this same employee tells me that I don’t actually qualify for it and I have to pay the difference. Where’s the trust? I hope that T-Mobile listens to my concerns and rectifies them.

The staff-team are beyond courteous and charming! The store is a beaut. Elmer went above and beyond to answer my many questions with patience. And the icing on this perfect cake was this handsome fellow named Matt. He ran after me and asked if he could carry the heavy product to my car. Now that’s service !! Best T-Mobile in the U S.A.!
