Great service, knowledgeable staff, family owned small local business
Knowledgable dudes, great selection, and rad vibes!
Love this place and the people who work there.
purchased a rather expensive bike and was excited to ride it around the same day. Rode to Ventura and the chain squealed, the pedals were loose and had to be taken to a professional to tighten almost every nut. Called and spoke with customer service several times and was ignored. Please be aware when purchasing to check all the fastening are tight.

Andrew did a great job customizing my Beach cruiser. Fast service on repairs. Large selection of electric bikes. I love this Bike Shop!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience ordering online from this bike shop.1. I ordered a bike that was on back order back in August. I understood it would take a while to get the bike. I finally received a bike in December. This bike shop did their best to try to give me estimates of when they would get the shipment but I could tell they didn’t really know. Not holding them at fault for that. Getting tracking info from them was a little more challenging once the bike had actually shipped.2. Once I picked up the bike shipment, I saw from the box labeling they had sent the wrong color bike. When I contacted the bike shop on the phone I asked how we can go about fixing the order. The representative from the bike shop acted confused as to why I thought anything needed to be fixed and told me I would need to get in touch with the store manager if I was unhappy with the order.3. Once I emailed the store manager, I was expecting to hear that the bike shop would arrange an exchange to get me the correct bike (or refund the order). I was mistaken. Here is what I was told in response from the store manager…Sean that is the new colors for 2021 and the only colors available. In these times color options are not available. Please consider keeping the bike as that is the only option for the time being. Sorry that was not your original choice. We have had surprise color changes thrown at us from all brands industry wide lately. Most people are rolling with it because of the current situation we are all in.I am understanding of the situation we are all in. I get there are shortages right now across the bike manufacturing industry. What I don’t understand is why a business would intentionally send me the wrong item without contacting me first. When the business does not fill an order properly, they should work with the customer to fix it. If this shop was no longer going to be able to fill my order (that was offered on their website), get in touch with me first. Your customers can handle the truth. What is harder to accept is someone saying, roll with it after you sent them a bulky order they didn’t want that is hard to return.I cannot speak to how this bike shop conducts their in person business, however stay away from their online ordering business. If you’re not lucky getting what you wanted and ordered from them the very first time, you’re going to be stuck with it.I welcome the manager to respond to this. There is no explanation for treating customers this way whether they be in person or online.
