Picked up our chainsaw today after they had it for 4 months. Not one time did we get a phone call. My husband went up there, in person, twice to check on his chainsaw. The first time, we understood.. they were “waiting” on a part. The second time, he came home empty handed. He went to pick it up today, the chainsaw was taken apart and it was shoved in a box. The only thing that was done, was the chainsaw being disassembled. If you want speedy, reliable service… don’t go here!

I called the parts dept. For a new ignition switch for my tractor. I live in Shreveport but would have drove to Texarkana to keep my money local. The parts was busy and had someone in front of him at the time. I understood taking care 9f the customer in front of you. He asked if he could call me back AND I said yes and gave him my number . I called at 1105 and it is almost 3pm now. I just ordered on line . It wasn’t a large purchase but I will not try to buy from them again.
