Very professional and nice environment. I came here to look for a bracelet to replace one I lost recently. The associates were calm, patient, and willing to work with me to get me what I wanted. They definitely treat their customers with kindness and high regard. I got a beautiful piece that matched my personality and price range. Garen was very professional and helpful. I had my wedding band custom made here. Instead of an eternity band, they had my band made with diamonds 3/4 of the way around. Perfect for resizing purposes and helped with the budget. I was a bit nervous to have them create a custom piece considering I couldn’t see the final product before paying however everything turned out exactly as I envisioned it. My band came in on time and looks stunning! I highly recommend working with Garen Dorano jewelers.
