tldr; Another horrible experience at a Tesla Service Center. I now have my 5th scheduled appointment to get the same issue fixed.My car has several quality issues (what’s new, it’s a Tesla, right?). However, the issue in question is a defective speaker. Tesla agreed to replace the speaker, which requires the full right passenger interior door to be replaced. The Sunnyvale location ordered the wrong door several times. They ordered the wrong color, a damaged door (and installed it), and the wrong fit/finish (and installed it) – SEE PICTURES.Now that I have my 5th appointment scheduled, I’m annoyed. My time is being wasted (and away from work) due to negligence. These visits are unnecessary mileage too and from the service center. And I’m frustrated because they installed the wrong door (fit/finished) in my car. I have 3 doors that have premium material (soft/leather – look and feel) and they installed a door that’s fixed in hard plastic.

I’ve been here 4-5 times in 3 years. On the positive side they usually do a good job in the end but it’s the process and experience that’s awful. I usually spend nearly an hour dropping the car, even with an appointment. The staff doesn’t act like my time is important and the process and communication is awful (for example they forgot to let me know my car was ready for pickup). Also, good luck calling you get a real human on they phone if you have a question.
