Excellent customer service, component level repair (on some products/devices), and prompt service! I brought in a proprietary thumb drive for repair because an employee decided to eject it with his foot. To say the least, it ended up in five pieces. A replacement is $600.00 and it would take weeks to get. Dario knocked out the repair in less than 24 hours at a fraction of the cost of a new one.Many thanks, and I’m glad you are local and do what you do!
