We purchased an 18’round Radiant pool in February and with the help of Kristi she was able to schedule us early. After some minor issues Steve came and promptly corrected them and went above and beyond and did some extra adjustments. His attitude and attention to these concerns would make me suggest Tarson Pools to anyone looking for a well built pool. If you deal with these 2 Tarson employees you’ll have no problems at all. We purchased an above ground pool from Tarson in 2013. Love the pool, no real issues. Karen at the Oneida store ALWAYS knows exactly what I need to fix any issues. This year I’ve been trying to get someone from the N. Syracuse customer service to call me back about replacing my liner. I started calling in April and was assured I was on “the list”. No call into May so I called back and was again told the contractor would call me when he was “out this way to give an estimate”, not ideal as I wanted my pool open by Memorial Day. I called again in early June and was told by the same lady that I should be contacted within 2 weeks. June 22nd, still no call. My husband patched the current liner for this season but I guess we’ll be going with someone else for next year. Maybe an $800 job is not worth their time but would have been nice to know that back when I started calling.
