Very poor customer service earlier day when I did a drive up pick up order. Seen about 5 team members all standing under a easy up and using a small mega phone calling out names. But none of the team members where going to anyone asking for the info to have the orders brought out. Instead it was more like we have these will do a roll call of what we have and hopefully your here.What happen to the team members seeing cars pull up going towards them get them info double check if the orders there if not call in to and have it brought out?

I had called ahead to find out if this particular Target store actually had the toy I wanted to purchase for grandson’s birthday. A polite and helpful young lady answered the phone, and while I was put on hold for several minutes, the young man who answered the phone confirmed they had the item, and brought it to customer service for my convenient pick up. DJ in customer service was there when I picked up the toy and the young lady on the phone were excellent, made experience at Santa Fe Springs Target awesome.
