My dealings with Bruce and Danielle date back to the 1980s, when I’d often chartered a beautiful old yacht named Gallant Lady for half- and full-day cruises for guests weekending at my first Hamptons home. The Taits were always very helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them on each charter.Thus, it was an easy decision for me when it came time to select a boat broker for my Formula 40PC. In February 2021 I approached Bruce and 60 days later I closed on the sale. In between, yacht super broker Blade Hovekamp oversaw every aspect of a (rare) early-April spring commissioning, photography, on-line listings, lead generation, all showings, negotiations, marine and engine surveys, last-minute repairs, contract preparation and the closing.
