Called for a new sim card because my grandpa somehow locked his phone and needed a PUK code or a new sim card. The employee continued to turn me away to other stores, then proceeded to call me BRUH. I instantly hung up… such unprofessional & I’ll mannered employees. Cant believe this person actually works at a corporate store

I went today 12/24/2020 to buy a phone, 3 employees were there, and they dont know what they are doing, they dont care to sell. they just sitting there, there was no passion for selling me a phone, thety showed my a watch a speaker and tv package and they missed what i am looking for, Also the variety of colors for phone is limited, there is either black or blue, thats it. I will be chaging carrier after being 10 years A Sprint
