I have a special appreciation for the company that basically changed and improved the entire cell phone market forcing the other carriers to be more affordable. After all, before they started making strong moves in the market, i had to pay $200 for the service of 1 cell phone on Verizon. Now with T-mobile i have 4 for the same price. Why do I have so many cell phones? Mind your business.

I walked in needing help to permanently unlock my device and honestly I got no where.But I do want to thank the Mobile Expert Jonathan for being there with me through the whole process. Even though we weren’t able to fix it than and there we were able to get a new device due to factory malfunctions and hopefully by Thursday my phone will be up and running.Thank you for the best customer service I have yet to receive from any cellphone carrier. More representatives should learn a thing or two from this thing man who did what he was capable of doing to help out a client.I will most definitely recommend T-Mobile!
