Horrible service called in to ask if they had a phone in stock they said they did. I came in and asked for the phone and without checking they told me they did not have it in stock. I almost walked out when I remembered I called in I asked the guy if that was the stores number and he said yes. So I said I called in and they said it was in stock. His response was to say oh we don’t normally have it but I’ll check. Honestly when I asked for the phone all he should have done was check the stock not chase away a long time loyal customer.

I must say that customer service at this retail and service site fo T Mobile is the best. Zaid G, the tech repair knew exactly how to resolve the cellphone issue I had. He provided OUTSTANDING service in a timely fashion. I commend Zaid for providing a high level of customer service. Thank you!

Worst service ever got no where after 4 plus hours and Mario c. Was the worse rep basically told my family and I to close our account.1if you have to continue with sprint go to aracely,Chris for rep and for rec work larry.
