If I could just rate this store with zero. I would have done it a lot of times already.I drove to the T-mobile Broadway branch to make my phone replace. When I got in, I saw 2 staff’s just lazing on the at the back of the store, and you can see it in their eyes that they’re pointing at each other to whomever should assist me. The guy stood up and greeted me. I told him my concern about my phone that it just suddenly stopped working. He just gave me a phone number to call without asking what’s wrong with the phone. I wasted 3 days just to get a hold of assurant then they’ll gonna end up transferring me to T-mobile since they’re the one who’s responsible for replacing my phone in the first place. It’s a good thing that the same guy wasn’t there on the day that I picked up my phone.

We purchased an iPhone and an apple watch from the store and the person helping us assured us that the devices would arrive before Christmas. I asked her twice and she told me yes and I was okay with that and went on with the transaction but along the way I felt uncomfortable and received a bad service from this person. The reason why is because while she was taking care of the process she was on her personal phone text messaging. On top of that I tried to ask her some questions and since she was so busy on her phone she didn’t pay attention to my questions regarding the two devices. The only reason why I went to that store is because my past experiences were greta but that sales representative made me not ever visit this store again. To make it worst one of the devices was delivered way past Christmas the reason I am not sure if they were both purchased same time and day and she said both would arrive the same day or next day before Christmas.
