I love the service from T-Mobile! Been with them for 4 years and my service has always been great! The only reason as to why I’m giving them one star is because My sister and I recently went to go buy a new phone, and the lady helping us mentioned that we could get a phone case, a charging brick, pop socket, and even a screen protector for free. All we had to pay was for the taxes which were around $11. They even offered us T-vision for a free month. So we both got them thinking it was free, well it turns out it’s not. Once we got our bill we saw that we got charged for all the items they had offered us. We even asked them twice if they were free and the sales representative said yes. She never mentioned anything about any installments needed to be paid for for the items. If that was the case we would’ve only bought a few items. We even saw that they were going to charge us $50 for the T-Vision. So we did not get a month free worth of T-Vision like she had mentioned. They even cut our internet data, so we had to call to get it back. It was all just a mess. We don’t mind buying all of those things, what sucks is that we were lied to. Our phones turned out great! Love them, just the sales representative that helped us was not honest.
