Ricardo was attentive, relaxed and not pushy with sales and let me leisurely peruse devices and accessories while my former Galaxy Note 5 phone (which would no longer install any updates despite having both WiFi and data available) Transferred into a new model.. then also gave time after Transfer while I re-logged into several apps, to ensure the data was complete (which was a lot faster USB process than the method used back in 2016). Lastly, he explained processing the Delete and Sim card shred of my old phone. Apart from an old Theme/wallpaper that was compatible with Note, the data seems to be all here. If you want info on the latest promotions (e.g., the recent watch promo⌚ that, I believe has already ended, but something simar may return.. It was incentive for more people to try the latest Samsung watch, which has fitness tracking – pay for just the calling capabilities, which I think is $10/month?). He welcomes asking him for suggestions
