I’ve been waiting in my car for someone to call me that it’s my turn for 40 minutes now. There 3 employees helping one customer rather than trying to spread out and help others. Everyone moves at a snails pace and after explaining your situation and the reason for your visit, you’re then passed on to a different employee to explain yourself once again. Terrible service. I never had this kind of lack of service before T Mobile bought Sprint.

If I could give no stars I would. There is only one member of that team and I wish I knew his name! This 1 gold star belongs to him. He helped me out last week and very knowledgable! That person should be leading this store! Incompetence from the manager and a short female that works there.
