Gilbert was very knowledgeable. I came in with my Sprint account, I have been to multiple locations and no one had been able to fix my issue. He changed my SIM card out for a new one and Voila!A simple issue other stores couldn’t fixed due to their system “not” working.This is by far the best location I have been to so far.I just got back from the UK and was in need of my service to work properly.Also staff was supper friendly! I appreciate when people like what they do it shows!My only complain is actually with the sprint and T-Mobile merger I wish they would just switch my account over but I have to liquidate all the items I have on the account in order to do so.Besides that everything at this location was phenomenal.

I went into T-mobile wanting to start a new line and walk out with a new phone. Not only did the sales person seem as if he could care less that I was in need of a new phone but he was also so rude. He asked why i would even want to cancel my past line with Sprint. I let him know unfortunately i was getting a divorce and needed my own line. He rolled his eyes and told me well even if your ex husband came down here to assist it still wouldn’t happen anytime soon. He also told me he couldn’t do anything for me because he would lose his job and his job was more important than helping me. To be clear i would never want anyone to do anything they weren’t allowed to do nor did I ask him to. It felt as if he was rushing me out of the store and i was an unwanted annoyance. If you need assistance in setting up a new line or really getting anything done I would not recommend this store. I have never felt more dissatisfied and disappointed with a customer service experience.Its to late owner from T-mobile. This Karen has officially moved to Verizon. Shout out to Verizon for making for making my switch so quick and easy. “Can you hear me now? Good!”
