Came in due to me shattering my phone 10 minutes before hand and they helped me get a brand new one fast. They were super helpful and walked me through the process (since i have never bought a phone before) and it made me feel really comfortable since they were so friendly. I really appreciated the costumer service!

Came in, told them my screen needed to be repaired and they fixed it in one hour, as promised.The employees were friendly and the place was refurbished and looked a lot better than the last time I came.Oh, and they have pink roses out front, too.

Took way too long to fix my phone. Were not clear on my options. Poor customer service. Workers were sitting at the tables playing on their phones instead of offering any assistance. Rude, stuck up, zombie-like attitudes. I don’t usually complain about anyone but I would really advise you all to take care of your phones so you don’t have to come here and experience what I did.
