Having trouble with my new phone right from the get go. Poor service all around. Cutting out in my home. Not good I work from home. After working with tech they said I was in a poor service area. I can’t say enough great things about Batavia’s T Mobile. I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Emily. She answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right phone and plan to fit my needs. Keep up the good work!
