The “customer service” I received yesterday was beyond disappointing, sales associate Mayra did not engaged neither assisted me with the questions I had when I went to purchased two new iPhones, all I got was rudeness, none of my questions were answered and walked out without the phones I went to buy. I had run a tpr location for years and is sad to say that associates like this give Tmobile such a bad representation, definitely not going to this location again neither recommend it to anyone that deserves a good treatment as a customer. P.S to the manager of the store you should seriously look into training better your employe because associates like that will only decrease your store revenue.
