I went into store to inquire about switching from from Verizon. Dwayne and Jose knew the exact process of what I had to do. I came back later in the evening with my wife, with my account # and PIN# to switch carriers.We weren’t sure what kind of phones we wanted or needed. NO PRESSURE SALES here. The crew explained pros and cons of android vs Apple. They were very patient with us while we decided on our new phones. Jose and Dwayne stayed almost and 1 hour after closing helping transferring our # from Verizon. These guys went way beyond what a salesperson should do and stay as late as they did. We didn’t want them to stay any later, and we had to get home. So I went back the next morning and met Ashlee she was great as well. She finish transferring my contacts, apps, & pics. While she was doing all of that, she even put on my new screen protector and cases. Nothing but great praises for the crew at T-Mobile NVS. Thank you for all of your help and patients.

Bad service they cannot get anything right at this store. I am new to the NYC area, and this is the closest store that i knew, so five yimes here and the experiences are not a very good one. My replacement i cannot get and they will have to cancel because the heat in the store is affecting the computers, and the last day for pick up is today. The rep in the store just told me thats it……
