Been a T-mobile customer for about 15 years. Went in to buy a new phone. And the sales associate David charged me for a phone case and screen protector also. I told him I didn’t want it but he replied it comes with your phone.And then I asked him to show me the receipt and the phone case and screen protector costs about $87 with tax. So I asked him why did you charge me for that and tell me it came with it. He didn’t answer and he just handled my refund.I’m never buying a phone from T-mobile again. I will always buy online so I won’t have to deal with sales associated. And I am going to switch to Google Fiber. I’m tired of dealing with dishonest behavior.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They masses up my order to a point where the representative on the phone told me I had to go to the store to get it fixed. So when I did come back they told me to come back 4 days later and didn’t even want to help us. We ended up going to the company store on first floor of the mall where the guy looked and tried to help with an issue that this store created. ONCE AGAIN I CAN’T EMPHASIS ENOUGH DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

So disappointed, went to this store around Janaury 2020 because my former provider was ripping me off, the customer service was great and I walked out the store very happy, I am a EMS worker so i got the First Responder deal which I was told were 2 lines plus one additional line for free. Fast forward to now I wanted to upgrade my phone since I signed up to the jump promo I decided to go to another location since it was closer and they had the phone that I wanted. Speaking to the rep who helped me (which by the way I am so thankful for because he was very straight forward with me) I found out that i really do not have what I was offered. The first responder promo doesn’t come with a free line, i also found out that i have been paying an additional $40 dollars every month for a line that i have never used and to make matters worse i have two additional lines that i have no idea what are for because there are no charges on any of these line but I am paying taxes for those lines.I trusted management (because they were the ones who set up my account) to be honest and help me since it was explained to them various times that I was not happy with my former provider. They made everything sound so nice and what they were doing all this time was charging for things I did not signed up for. I have paid a total of over $400 dollars over the period of 8 moths for absolutely nothing.I am staying with the company because I love the service but I will never recommend anyone to go to this location EVER.
