Management at this location is very strict on their employees.

Management at this location is very strict on their employees. Every time I come to this location a male manager is always standing behind the cashiers making sure they ask customers 5x if they want the tjx card. I can tell the cashiers are stressed out because of him constantly observing them. I have also witnessed a manager loudly explaining to a trainee how they want customers to sign up for the card because it gives them an incentive to buy more. I feel sorry for the employees under this kind of management.

Nice and good staff…

Not bad layout, though if you’re not familiar with it the plan might be confusing. Good selection and quantity. Uncomfortably crowded. Did not like having to answer the same question twice when the cashier tried pushing their ctedit card on me. No means No.
