Scam Artists. My fiancé bought me a pair of Raybans from here for Christmas. I already have a pair and I’m happy with them so I just told her let’s go get the money back cause mine only cost $120 and the ones she bought were $180 and I didn’t want new ones anyways. So upon arrival and telling the clerks we wanted a refund they put the glasses under a “microscope” basically and determined there were 3 nicks in the frame of the glasses and they couldn’t take them back not in original condition. These glasses NEVER left the case since my fiancé bought them, cashiers claim that my fiancé was told to inspect them before purchasing. My fiancé has never bought a pair of sunglasses in her life and was just trying to do something sweet for me so naturally she assumed because she was buying “Brand New” sunglasses they were in brand new condition. Store won’t take them back and now we are out $180. So my one question is why would a store knowingly even present brand new glasses to a customer with nicks in the frames. This place is a scam and any and every place I can review them will receive this same message, they don’t even deserve one star. Take a lesson in customer service and don’t screw over the people who buy from you, oh wait I guess it doesn’t matter cause you’ve got my money and I have your defective sunglasses. Looks like sunglasses hut in Dothan wins. WON’T BE BACK!!!
