Great availability and service. I needed a suit quick, in a style I liked and have it tailored. Carlos (I think) was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.Picked it up a week later. The shirt sleeves weren’t shortened, and one of the back pockets in the pants weren’t sewn back. I returned them 2 days ago for re-alteration, at no additional charge since they’re fixing something already paid for.Picked them up again today. The sleeves were tailored but still about 2 inches too long, and the pocket hadn’t been touched. I need them tomorrow and next week out of state, so I’ll have to wear them with puffy arms and hope my pants don’t rip.I’d recommend checking and trying them on in the store, and save yourself a potential trip or three.

I’ve bought items from both the Plano and Dallas locations and the service has been top notch as has the product quality. I recently did a custom order through the Dallas location and the sales associate was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Suitsupply is an asset to the dfw market.
