Social Profile :

Sugar Hill Creamery was an idea brought upon by the ‘sweet life’ that so many generations in Sugar Hill sought. As long time Harlem residents, we dreamt of this ‘sweet life’ while living on St. Nicholas Ave and 148th Street. After years of growth in our respective industries, Sugar Hill Creamery was built in the Mount Morris Park District of Harlem, our current neighborhood, as a tribute to our love for each other and our neighbors, past and present. For over a century, Sugar Hill and Harlem have set high bars. for artistry, literature, music and food in New York. We plan to keep the same standard and will continue to promote all that Harlem has and will continue to create.

Very bad experience with the staff, lack of customer service.

Friendly service, delicious and yummy ice cream and great ambiance!

They make some of the most interesting variety of ice cream flavors (including vegan ones!) in the city. The staff are nice, the prices are a high, but at least the portions are satisfying. There are a few tables available outside. Last time there were small children climbing up the scaffolding around them (which is high and not safe) as they waited for their ice cream with their parents. I’d definitely go back to try new flavors but might not sit outside again.

Super friendly staff! They let you try all the flavors. I’ve had the salted caramel crunch (the LEBRON), blueberry cheesecake(the KOBE), honey lavender with beautiful, thick pieces of honeycomb inside, vanilla bean, Peach cobbler and cafe something with peanut brittle inside— ALL ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!They are generous with their portion sizes. They also now have an outdoor seating area.

Came all the way from Central Park because of the high ratings. I can day the ratings are well deserved. Ice cream was amazing! We tried the Blueberry cheesecake, peach cobbler, and brown bombshell. The Blueberry and peach were better than the chocolate.
