Quite possibly the worst service out there, especially from a company that brags about High speed internet. Luckily, $100+ dollars a month will let you look at a loading screen for 15 minutes until you lose service! And if you have any issues, Suddenlink will be happy to write you off every time!

I was here the same day dropping off my equipment. Since I had already canceled my services, or so I thought they were canceled. I found out today it was never canceled, I’m currently being charged for Suddenlink Services that I no longer have. I called to see why and they said I have to pay up until February 16th becausemy accountis still active. I said how is my account still active, I don’t even have equipment to use your Services. I haven’t had any Services with Suddenlink since the end of December. This is so sad, So many people returning equipment & canceling services. People were talking and saying, customer service is terrible, bills just keep getting higher and higher every month for the same service we’ve had for years. People Check your bills and make sure you’re not being charged for extra services or equipment you do not have.
