Has anyone had a good experience with this company? I have not.their is never anyone in the office to talk to or ask a question of.I did see a gentleman in the office once and I made a payment at the time and he was ok not talkative but he was nice but I really wish I would have had a choice I would not in good conscience recommend this self storage facility to any one

I stored my camper here for about 2 months, and someone broke into it. I reported a week before that someone had cut the fence & barbed wire, broke into the vehicle parked next to my camper and attempted to steal several batteries from mine and the other campers on the lot. Luckily I had taken my battery out. I never received a callback from the manager and a few days later my camper was broken into before I got the chance to get it out of there. No video surveillance, no call back. I reported it to the police and they said 4 other campers had been broken into that week. Bottom line, do not store anything here. They false advertise, there’s no security and no one will return your call. I’m out $800 for a new door.

Can I please get a call back? I have a unit here that is paid for. All I need is access to my unit. The fact I have to get attention here should show you how amazing it’s been calling for the last few days.
