Ive been going to Stater Bros for a long time…….prices are getting a little high but customer service is goodThis is a reply to the owner who replied to my review: I’m glad to see that customer reviews matter. Just to make things clear my review was not directed at the Fontana location. I usually go to a different location and to be more specific the customer service issues that I was writing about are towards the deli. Been there more than once and been ignored by the employees working at the deli which also has closed earlier than there normal time. Prices are a little high but it’s good to know that someone is concerned about customer satisfaction so I will change my review a little

Was treated as if I did not pay for the gum in my purse, that I was obviously chewing. He actually glanced in my purse mutliple times. Yes, people purchase gum and carry it in their purse. I shop there all the time. Not anymore. Was there with my daughter age 10 and grandson age 3. I asked for bags. I got 1 bag very heavily packed and had multiple items not bagged. I was paying with CASH. Not EBT. I would have paid for more bags. Bruised my bananas. Unbelievably awful customer service. Packed the bag with over 15 pounds of groceries.

My neighborhood Staters Brother Store on Arrow& Locust is my Favorite Grocery Store not just cause it is so close to where I live. It is the fact the Staff there are so Darn genuinely Super Nice and Extra Friendly. They REALLY go out of their way to be courteous and extremely Helpful. The staff/ employees are so cheerful and lovingly considerate. The manager particularly Lovett is a shining example of sincerely caring about the customers NEEDS and goes Beyond that Extra Mile to please devoted Customers who regular shoppers. I truly love my Neighborhood Staters Brother Store,sincerely Libby a satisfied shopper.
